GOVERNANCE

The CEO is the Chairman of the School Council . It is convened in ordinary session twice a year . However, the School Council may meet in extraordinary session whenever needed. He votes operating budgets and investment property .

 The Director General shall appoint various officials (Secretary General , Directors, Department Heads , Supervisors ) by decision.

 On the eve of each academic year , the Director- General shall convene the various officials of the institution to decide on the preparations of the season and the school budget for the academic year starts.

 At the end of each quarter, a progress report shall be prepared by various officials ( the Director of Studies and Programming , Director Accounting and Financial ) for better monitoring of activities and better readability of the operation of the institution.

 The synthesis of these three quarterly reports constitutes the annual report before the end of the year the School Council to take stock of the academic year and make projections for the future.

QUALITY CONTROL

The Scientific Council meets twice a year upon convocation by the Director General. It controls and approves the curriculum , as well as academic achievement . It advises on the reports submitted by the educational leaders of different specialties. It checks the qualifications of each teacher and delivers accordingly discharge to teach.

Quality control is carried out using a questionnaire that we submit to Students so that they evaluate their teachers from the point of view of their behaviors room from the point of view of the education they provide , and this in the utmost discretion . Which , apart from the activities mentioned above report can monitor the progress and quality of education.

PERFORMANCE OF ESTABLISHMENT

The center is open from the 2012-2013 academic year. However , almost all the teachers and administrative staff has extensive experience in vocational trainin.

High Studies Center of Administration, Management and Electronics ( CESAME ) is a center for middle and upper level approved by the State with single promoter. High Studies Center of Administration, Management and Electronics ( CESAME ) is a sole proprietorship.

SCIENTIFIC COUNCIL

The Scientific Council is chaired by a teacher lecture rank. To validate some advanced degrees (Bachelor and Master), requires that juries are chaired by defense teachers lecture rank. It is composed as follows :
